To: ALL PARTICIPATING LENDERS 
Subject: February Closing 

This Notification is to inform you that the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, which includes the Community Development Administration, and the Maryland Mortgage Program will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, in recognition of Presidents’ Day.  

PLEASE NOTE: Interest Rate Notification(s) will not be published. Normal business will resume on Tuesday, February 17th. Please inform your staff so they can plan accordingly.
