To: ALL PARTICIPATING LENDERS 
Subject: January Closing 

This Notification is to inform you that the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, which includes the Community Development Administration and the Maryland Mortgage Program, will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, in recognition of the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. 

PLEASE NOTE: Interest Rate Notification(s) will not be published. Normal business will resume on Tuesday, January 20th. Please inform your staff so they can plan accordingly.
