Directive 2026-04 | 2026 MMP Income and Purchase Price Limits

Directive |

To: All Participating Lenders

The Maryland Mortgage Program (MMP) would like to inform you that the MMP Income and Purchase Price Limits for 2026 are effective for loans reserved in Lender Online on or after June 24, 2026. Please carefully review the Income and Purchase Price Limits chart - PDF - 293.58 KB posted to our website, as there were increases to most county income limits. These limits change every year.

The Community Development Administration (CDA) Maximum Mortgage Amount Limit is $832,750, which applies only to 5 high-cost-area counties. The rest of the state has limits below that, and they are listed in the last column of the chart.

The chart includes Income Limits, Maximum Acquisition Costs and CDA Maximum Mortgage Limits and will also be available on our website from the top tools menu and on the Resources Lenders page.

As always, we appreciate your continued participation in our programs. If you have any questions regarding this Directive, please email [email protected].

Thank you,

Kamili Jamal Brown
